DreamSpring Releases Upgrade Of DreamConnect

Gold Coast, Australia, 31 May 2002 - DreamSpring announced the first upgrade for DreamConnect, an intuitive contact management application.

DreamConnect's first upgrade features major performance enhancements and minor improvements that make DreamConnect more powerful and user-friendly. Psion users can now enjoy searching and managing their contacts' details in the blink of an eye.

What is of significance in this upgrade is the substantial boost in performance to as much as 8 times in some areas. Starting the application now only takes half the time required previously. The time requires to display details when switching category or changing sort option is shortened dramatically.

The unique performance option provides flexibility to choose between larger memory usage, faster operation and smaller memory consumption and slower task operation.

Minor improvements include the display of the current position and total number of visible contacts as well as the interim solution for printing contact details in DreamConnect's rich contact card display format.
