"DreamConnect not only makes contact management on your Symbian Smartphone convenient and fast but has a much better user-interface than the native address book database, displaying all the information on a single screen.

I think the ability to categorize and filter address book contacts is one of the strongest points of this program and it's hard to find an app that includes so many features.

I will give this app 9 out of 10 points for its functionality, usability, easy-to-use interface, ability to display detailed contact view and powerful search feature."

"I bought this app. It is really fantastic and very feature rich. Here are the features I really like:

• Uses the default Nokia contacts database. This means it syncs with both Outlook and Ovi and, if the phone is wiped, can be restored without having to install DreamConnect first.
• Business card view. Incredible increase in readability when you actually need to use the contact. Presents the most useful information and all communications info are hyperlinks to actions.
• Categories. Can assign more than one category to contacts and can also have hierarchical categories. Categories don't sync, but they are maintained in the default contact's program as groups.
• Can pick what information items you want in a contact rather than having to scroll through all possible items when editing.
• Ability to attach multiple multiline notes to all contacts.
• Optimized sending of contacts via BT, email, SMS, IR (not an option on 5800) etc.
• Flexible search and filtering options, including category and sub-category.
• Many ways (I think around 14) ways to sort contacts, not just name order.

These are the key features, but there are a lot of features in there that I haven't had time to discover yet. This is going to be one of the most used apps on my 5800."

"We totally love the”global find” feature in which the “search phrase” is scanned for in the entire contacts database. An excellent illustration of this feature will be say you are traveling on work to another city and wish to catch up with your friends over there for a drink or something. A “global find” for the city name will shortlist all your contacts there and the get-together is only a phone call away!

Another striking feature of this app is the card like layout showing most of the contact details in a single screen. Thats one welcome feature especially with the kinetic scrolling still missing on our 5800s."
