DreamLife is available for purchase through this website. You can enter DreamSpring's online store in one of these ways:
- On DreamLife for S60's product homepage, press the purchase button located on the right hand side of the page; or
- Choose 'Shop' on the top main menu of the homepage; or
- Enter details to the top right box on the homepage
Only logged in users of DreamSpring's website can access the shop. New users need to create an account first before gaining access to the shop. Once that's done you can enter the shop and select the application you want to purchase. There are detailed step-by-step instructions to guide you in purchasing DreamLife.
Make sure the IMEI number in your DreamSpring account matches that of your phone, since this is used in calculating your license key.
Yes, there is a trial version of DreamLife available for download on the website.
The trial version is the same as the purchased version. To trial, just Cancel out of the registration dialog You can either access the download from the download button on the right of the product's homepage or via download on the homepage. A DreamSpring website account is required for downloading the product and we'll send you at least one followup email.
All DreamConnect S60 customers can upgrade to DreamLife for €15. Simply log in to our online shop and you will see the upgrade price already applied to your account. Please note that you are only entitled to the equivalent number of DreamConnect for S60 you purchased.

- Check that your installation details are entered exactly the same as the ones you're registered with.
For example, no spaces inappropriately inserted, hyphen (-) versus underscore (_) or numeral 0 versus letter o.
- Check that the IMEI you registered with is the same as the one on the phone you are registering DreamLife on.
If your IMEI is wrong, update it in your website account details, and request a license update, either via the forum or the feedback form.
- If you have checked your details and the key still won't work, or you entered an incorrect IMEI, please email us with your full details including IMEI and we will respond as soon as possible.
No you cannot. To install one you will first have to uninstall the other. This applies to the trial versions also, since they are the same as the release version.
This is because DreamLife and DreamConnect share files, but are different packages. You need to uninstall DreamConnect before installing DreamLife. Go to the application manager and uninstall DreamConnect.
No. DreamLife uses the built-in contact and calendar databases, so there is no need to re-enter information. Any information you put in DreamLife will be reflected in the built-in applications and vice-versa.

These are default categories that the application creates, since these categories change the layout of the contacts to priorities business or personal details.
You should create a forum post containing a detailed description of the problem including any error messages and we'll investigate it.
DreamLife is designed to take the minimum space on your machine saving you memory. The installation file is currently 662KB.
DreamLife uses your existing Contacts and calendar database. So long as your contacts/calendar are synced with Outlook, DreamLife will also work with Outlook. However, since the original Contacts and Calendar databases do not have categories, DreamLife's Categories can not be synced. An online sync alternative with Google is in development.
Unfortunately, most vendors don't take interoperability very seriously. Neither Palm nor Microsoft applications support vCard or vCal very well (no categories, only one set of address details for home and work, only one note), and attempt to compensate with all sorts of proprietary import/export/sync methods. Apart from the very expensive option of writing specific conversion utilities for each application, there's not much we can do at this point.
DreamLife is currently only available in English with language versions on the way. DreamConnect 3 customers who are using a language version of DreamConnect 3, once upgraded to DreamLife, will only be able to use English for both contacts and calendar until DreamLife is translated and available in the specified languages.
